Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Eligible in-stock orders may process the same business day depending on time of purchase and carrier pickup schedules.

Shipping Method

RecoverX ships primarily via FedEx. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment confirmation. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours, contact support and include your order number for the fastest assistance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination and carrier routing. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and service selected at checkout.

Free Shipping (Optional)

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders when offered. Eligibility and conditions will be displayed automatically at checkout. If free shipping is active, it typically applies to qualifying orders based on subtotal and destination.

If you advertise “Free Shipping $50+”, ensure your Shopify shipping settings match that threshold to avoid customer confusion.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delivery Issues

Delivered but not received: Check nearby areas, mailbox/parcel lockers, and with household members or building staff. If you still cannot locate your package, contact support within 48 hours for assistance.

Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the item and packaging and contact support promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
